Our return policy lasts for 14 days of you receiving your order. We cannot offer a return or exchange after 14 days of your order being delivered. To ensure that the products every customer receive are brand new and unused, we are unable to accept returns of products in good condition or products damaged due to customer error.

As it is possible that your return package is lost during return process, the shipping method you choose to return is crucial.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
